Business Model
Our main services are for home-owner to maintain their property. Such as architectural design, construction progress, buy and selling property.
Architecture
We will charge 3 up to 10% for interior and/or architectural design fees. And the architect receives up to 8% for the construction fees*.
construction
We will charge 0,3 up to 1% for every single project that runs on Arka Apps, and up to 8% for the Architect*.
subscribtion
The user can subscribe for storing their house drawing, in case they need reparation or renovation.
